Edward "Chef Showtime" Vantreece is the CEO and Founder of Black's BBQ & Catering. Growing up in a household with eight siblings, Ed developed a passion for cooking by watching and helping his mother in the kitchen. This early love for food turned into a career in the culinary industry, where he honed his skills and absorbed a wealth of knowledge. Eventually, he decided to work for himself, founding Black's BBQ & Catering, allowing him to balance his passion with quality time for his family. Known for his adventurous and outgoing personality, Ed is always open to new experiences and enjoys being the life of the party—both in and out of the kitchen. His love for cooking and entertaining has earned him the nickname "Chef Showtime." In his spare time, Ed follows boxing and football, and he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Lacrisha Vantreece, wife of CEO and Founder Ed Vantreece, plays a vital role in managing the administrative side of Black's BBQ & Catering. She excels at planning events, organizing schedules, and overseeing customer service, all while cherishing the teamwork this brings to her family. A strong-willed and ambitious individual, Lacrisha strives for excellence in both her personal and professional life. She loves planning vacations and spending time with friends and family, believing that life is made up of memorable experiences, and her mission is to make each one count.

Jamaya Vantreece, the eldest daughter in her family, is known for her intelligence, independence, and leadership qualities. She has a passion for reading, learning, and sharing her knowledge by teaching others. While she enjoys spending time with her family, she also brings a kind yet direct approach to everything she does. Jamaya's experience working at her family’s business, Black’s BBQ & Catering, has taught her valuable life lessons, emphasizing teamwork and attention to detail. Through this, she takes pride in helping create a business that brings joy and great food to the community.

Jaliah Vantreece, the youngest daughter in her family, is passionate about cosmetology and has turned her love for doing hair into a side business, showcasing her work on Instagram. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Jaliah enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends and family. She also works with her family at Black’s BBQ & Catering, where she has honed her skills in attention to detail and teamwork. This experience has brought both challenges and life lessons, while also giving her the joy of making customers happy with great food.
